Spring Tree Sale
 
For our 2012 Spring Tree Sale we have a variety of species represented in our Deciduous, Conifers, Brushes/Shrubs & Garden offerings.  We also offer supplies to help with the planting of these trees as well as general yard supplies.  This year we are promoting composting through Houser Enterprises located right here in St. Joseph County. 

 Product details



 
The Deciduous Tree offered in 2012 includes: Conoe Birch, American Plantree Sycamore, Black Cherry, Black Walnut, Sugar Maple, & White Oak. 
 
 
 

 
The Conifers that are offered in 2012 include: Concolor Fir, Blue Spruce, Eastern White Pine, Norway Spruce, Red Pine.  The White Pine is the state tree for Michigan and makes an excellent starter conifer 
 
 
 

 
We have several options in the Bush/Shrub catagory with the American  Elderberry, Eastern Redbud, Highbush Cranberry, Nannyberry, & White flowering Dogwood. 
 
 

A new addition to the Spring Tree Sale is the option of purchasing Garden plants.  This year our highlighted plants are: Asparagus (Purple Passion), Blueberry (Bluray), Red Raspberry (Heritage), Rhubarb, & Strawberries (Honeoye & Jewel)


Lastly, help to support your local entrepreneurs by purchasing organic compost from Houser Enterprises located in Sturgis, MI.
